This website is operated by Sushovit Travels Pvt. Ltd. ("Sushovit Travels", "we", "us"), a trekking and tour operator based at Lakeside Marg, Street No. 6, Pokhara 33700, Gandaki Province, Nepal.

By using this website or booking a service with us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.

Submitting the contact form is an inquiry, not a booking. A booking exists only when we confirm it to you in writing, with the itinerary, dates, price and payment terms.

The details in your written confirmation take priority over the general descriptions on this website.

Package prices on the website are listed in US dollars per person. Amounts in Nepalese rupees (NPR) are shown for convenience and use an exchange rate we set; the rate may change and the NPR figure is indicative only.

The price, what it includes and excludes, and when payments are due are stated in your written confirmation. Prices can change before a booking is confirmed, for example because of permit fees or seasonal costs.

If you need to change or cancel a booking, tell us in writing as early as possible. Any refund, credit or fee depends on how close the departure is and on costs we have already committed, such as permits, flights, lodging and staff. The terms in your written confirmation apply.

We may change or cancel a departure if safety, weather, landslides, permit rules, government orders or other events outside our control make it unsafe or impossible to run as planned. We will offer a suitable alternative or refund what has not been spent on your behalf.

Trekking, adventure sports and travel at altitude carry real risks, including altitude sickness, injury, severe weather and delays. You are responsible for being fit enough for the trip you choose and for telling us about medical conditions that could affect you.

Our guides may change the route or turn a group around when conditions or health require it. Their decision on safety is final.

You must hold travel insurance that covers the activity, the maximum altitude of your trip, and emergency medical evacuation, including helicopter rescue. We may ask to see your policy before departure.

We arrange permits that are listed as included in your package. You must give us accurate passport details and photos on time. You are responsible for your visa and for any entry requirements for Nepal.

Please follow your guide's instructions, respect local people, culture and the environment, and do not take part in illegal activity. We may end a person's participation without refund if their behaviour puts others at risk.

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We check reviews before publishing and may decline or remove any that are abusive, misleading, unlawful or off-topic.

By submitting a review you allow us to display it on this website, with the name and country you provide, without payment.

The text, photos, video, logo and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always available.

We will provide the services in your confirmation with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or harm caused by events outside our control, by third-party providers, or by your own decisions against our advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. We will try to settle any complaint directly with you first. If we cannot, the courts of Nepal will have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you book applies to that booking.
